Talking to Siliconera, Payton remarked:
Yeah, I saw that on the internet along with Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Ocelot or something. Both of those rumors are just rumors. They didn't originate from us, that's for sure.
You may remember the Ocelot story from June 10th, which promptly got shot down.
As someone who was really hoping to play the original MGS again, color me disappointed.

Well, if you have a wii, you can always get the Gamecube version of The Twin Snakes.
Or you can probably find a PS1 for dirt cheap nowadays. You could probably get the system, and the game for the price of a new Xbox 360 game.
