OMG Metal Gear.com

Some of you may have already seen this, but it's worth posting for those who haven't.

Metal Gear Solid 4 has gone through some changes since 2006 and this video from IGN gives you a side by side comparison. It's really interesting to see the differences between then and now, but really I just wanted an excuse to post the trailer again.

I was checking out Metal Gear stuff on YouTube and this was far too awesome to pass up. I especially like Grey Fox banging his head against that jet.

These ads are a little too inside, you might say. I say that because I'm not sure I even get them. I know they have to do with all of the PMCs in the game but is there another connection that I'm missing? Hit the jump for 4 more and let me know what you think.

Due to a lack of Metal Gear News since Friday, I decided to post this baby. As an amateur (and I do mean amateur) guitarist myself, I am absolutely blown away by this rendition.

Sadly, I don't think I'll ever rise above the rank of amateur, as playing guitar is impossible. :(

The PSG-1 was quite infamous in the first Metal Gear Solid. It also appeared in MGS2: Sons of Liberty, but it's its pivotal role in the first MGS adventure that has secured it's place in Metal Gear history. Hit the jump.

It's a good day to live in Japan. And speak Japanese. If you do both of those things, you're good to go. The original Metal Gear Solid is now available on the Japan Playstation store under the title Metal Gear Solid: Solid Snake.

The video presents the Metal Gear Saga as a time line beginning with Big Boss' rise to glory and ending with his death at the hands of his son, Solid Snake.
